Paul and Sharon were both wonderful to work with. They were both great over the phone. Paul was the person to actually come out to our house and watch our cat for us. He did more than expected. He spent extra time with our cat and he bought a new 14-lb. container of Tidy Cats brand kitty litter with his own money. (We did not think he would need to renew the kitty litter, so we failed to tell him where we keep it. He just went out and bought a new container.) Also, he is quick to answer texts and he sends texts to you to update you on his visits. You can't do better, in my opinion. I give them my highest and most unqualified recommendation.

Paul and Sharon looked after our three dogs during the Thanksgiving holidays. They did a terrific job. Paul gave us daily status reports and sent pictures to us while we were away. Since we have never left the dogs alone or with anyone else besides PetSmart, we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when we returned. The dogs looked happy and healthy. The house was clean, and major catastrophes did not occur. We look forward to using them again on our next trip.
